In 2007, Decree 3870 of November 2, 2006, issued by the MEN, which speaks of the bilingualism process, was carried out; this new program is started, with the support of professors specialized in English, having as a fundamental purpose the implementation of the foreign language (English), since knowledge is universal and only with the mastery of this language can we transcend the borders and embed ourselves in the global knowledge village.
