SANTO DOMINGO SAVIO, patron of our institution, had a very simple life, but in a short time he traveled a long path of holiness, a masterpiece of the Holy Spirit and the fruit of the pedagogy of Saint John Bosco. Born in San Giovanni di Riva (near Chieri, province of Turin) in a poor family of material goods, but rich in faith, he lived a childhood that was marked by the first communion, made with fervor at the age of seven, giving evidence of purity, spirituality and the highest sense of responsibility.
